1. Introduction

Editorial decisions are made with complete autonomy by the Editorial Board. The Editor-in-Chief holds the final responsibility for selecting and approving content for publication. No institutional, financial, or external influence affects the decision-making process.

All manuscripts submitted to JBKMC undergo a double-blind peer review process. Submissions are first evaluated by the editorial team for scope, quality, and compliance with journal guidelines. 4. Manuscript Submission
